POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Systems Analyst (CSA) functions as a clinical user advocate and consultant to maximize functional use of existing or new products, drawing on strong clinical knowledge and workflow experience. The CSA must have a strong understanding of electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and drive efficient and effective patient care. The CSA plays a vital role in the software development life cycle and must proactively perform analysis on current operational workflows, systems, and technology, and formulate strategies with key stakeholders, addressing problems and challenges.
