Key Accounts, Dir Acct Mgmt - South Florida-330923

Description

Management of the Account Management and Service Consultant staff for the UHC Key Accounts responsible for customer retention and NBEA sales in the 100 - 1000 employee range. Responsible for the overall sale of NBEA business and the retention of existing accounts. Includes:

Manage and monitor client assignments
Training of account management staff, new hire and ongoing
Maintain an acceptable level of persistency in teams book of business
Recruit, hire and monitor account management staff
Personnel development and management
Set annual account management strategy to achieve goals
Direct and manage service plans

Monitor and achieve overall ancillary sales goal for healthplan

Qualifications

5 years successful management experience
Demonstrated success dealing with brokers/consultants
Demonstrated success dealing with sophisticated customers
Demonstrated success meeting goals/targets
Demonstrated success managing a complex book of business
Successful track record of strategic planning and implementation
Sales Insurance License Maintained by Law
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Related Field
Maintains Valid Driver's License
